UWKFSA Western Cape Karate Championships

Zensekai Karate Club competed at the UWKFSA Western Cape Karate Championships on 16 March 2019. Seven karatika's took part and the Club won 13 Medals. (4 Gold, 4 Silver and 5 Bronze Medals)

13th UWKF Open African Karate Championships

Ruan Potgieter competed at the 13th UWKF Open African Karate Championships on 27 April 2019 and he won a Silver Medal for Kata and a Bronze Medal for Kumite.

Ruan was the only athlete from our club that competed at this event and he came up against some tough opposition.

Well done Ruan!! You made our club very proud!!!!

Ashihara Blind Buddy Karate Championships

Zensekai Karate Club competed at the Ashihara Blind Buddy Karate Championships on 01 May 2019. Three karatika's took part and the Club won 7 Medals. (3 Gold, 1 Silver and 3 Bronze Medals)
